On both days the participants of the Twins Science will work with Sergey and Ivan, as well as with the scientists, experts, journalists and writers from Russia and other countries. The first part of the Festival – the theoretical one – will include daytime lectures and master classes on how to integrate science into the modern gastronomy. The second part will be organized in a form of dinners and will provide practical framework.
Among the speakers are Yale University instructor Harold McGee, science journalist Bob Holmes, Michelin restaurants chefs Oriol Castro, Massimiliano Alajmo, Gert de Mangleer and Joris Bijdendijk, owner of the Best Restaurant in Latin America Mitsuharu Tsumura and founder of the Savva restaurant in the Metropol Hotel Andrey Shmakov.
The festival program as well as the participation form are available on the site.

Twins Garden is a symbiosis of nature and science. One of the brothers is a partisan of farming and agriculture. The second brother is an adherent of advanced technology. After a long way from the first steps in the kitchen to the No. 19 in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, they keep on learning.
The first edition of the event was a Garden festival held at the brothers’ own farm in the Kaluzhskiy region. It was intended to show how important it is for chefs to take control of the quality of ingredients. The main purpose of the Twins Science is to transfer knowledge and international experience to younger chefs and people who are genuinely interested in these topics.
